Carrigan Canyon Residence
Native stone is used on this 22,000 square foot single family hillside residence, located above Salt Lake City. The residence is designed to include a theater, gymnasium, garage parking for 10 vehicles, and a swimming pool. Individual floor plates are staggered up the hillside to minimize the apparent height and mass of the house in relationship to the site. The layout is also designed to take advantage of the panoramic canyon views.
